Citadines Bayfront MIPEC has appointed Noorto design their new Investment program in Hospitality, a 4-Star Hotel inNha Trang, oneof the trendiest coastal city in Vietnam. With the exception of the restaurants that are rented and therefore outside ofour scope, we have designed the entire hotel for which the program included 313 rooms (divided in 5 types), the lobby, the function rooms, the fitness centre and outdoor pool area as well as the residents’ lounge. Inspired by the traditional boats ofNha Trang and combined with a Miami, South beach style, this 4-star hotel stands outfrom the competitive market ofNha Trang to offer a resort in the heart of the prime of Tran Phu, with a direct access to the beach.
